2. Nature of Services

Pahilibhet is a matchmaking facilitation platform and does not guarantee marriage.

3. Registration & Fees

a) Registration Fee

One-time registration fee: ₹3,500

NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

b) Success Fee

₹10,000 payable only after engagement confirmation.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain respectful conduct
• No misuse of data or harassment
• No offensive or misleading content

5. Profile Approval & Removal

Pahilibhet may approve, reject, suspend, or remove profiles without explanation.

6. Confidentiality & Communication

Sharing contact details is at user discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Pahilibhet.com.

9. Termination of Services

Access may be terminated without notice. Fees remain non-refundable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Indian law applies. Jurisdiction: Kalyan, Maharashtra, India.

11. Amendments

Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
